Kate is opening more birthday presents. I cut her bangs for the first time and they kept getting shorter and shorter.
Mission Adventures is going on right now, so Dave taught this last week. We have 29 students from two different churches and they just left yesterday for outreach in a nearby city. Dave will be gone with them for a week. We will miss him.
Playing
Kate is very good at playing by herself with some toys these days. She loves books especially and can sit for a very long time looking at the pictures and turning pages. I went in the other day to check on her and she was sitting in her toy container reading a book. As soon as she saw me though, she jumped up. She is very generous with her smiles.
