While my friend Liz was visiting us, we went to a place called Shillong Peak where you can see a really good view of the whole city. They recently started a little shop where they dress you like Khasi Royalty. It was so much fun for all of us to get dressed as royalty, especially Kate. The women that worked there, loved her to pieces and had a great time playing with her. Liz and I laughed a whole lot, especially at the head pieces which slightly resemble flower vases. I think we were a great source of amusement for the Indian tourists as many of them asked for our photographs.
